San Francisco 49ers DL Dee Ford (quad, hamstring) and S Jaquiski Tartt (ribs) didn’t practice Thursday, Dec. 19, and have been declared out for the game Saturday, Dec. 21, against the Los Angeles Rams. DT Jullian Taylor (elbow) was limited in practice but was also declared out. OL Mike Person (neck) was limited and is questionable. CB Richard Sherman (hamstring) and CB K’Waun Williams (concussion) both practiced in full.
