Moose breaks down DraftKings League of Legends LPL – April 19 – 3:00 AM EST
Teams to Target
When playing a DraftKings League of Legends tournament, it is important to team stack and focus on narrowing down the teams that will provide the best chance of winning. Total score is determined by kills, assists and overall player performance in each LoL game that happens on the rift, but the goal is always to aim and stack winning teams for the easiest chance at taking down cash games and GPP tournaments. We take a closer look at what teams might be able to provide us an edge.
For the remainder of these articles on Elite, please PM me if you have any questions. The list below will feature teams and plays I like for tonight’s slate!
JD Gaming $5,600 TEAM
JD Gaming are my favorites today, as they are playing for 2nd seed against an LGD team that doesn’t have to show up today.
Invictus Gaming $5,800 TEAM
Nothing to play for, so if they win, watch out for a fiesta style. Being -1600 favorites can’t be ignored on this slate.
WE/EDG $5,400 $4,600 TEAM
EDG nothing to play for other than screwing WE’s day. WE need to win today and win against OMG so they must win this game.
Players to Target
Player knowledge is just as important as team knowledge. Knowing where a player can shine in a line is what separates the people who cash GPPs regularly and those who fall off.
TOP: Zoom $6,200, Aodi $6,200
JNG: Kanavi $7,200, Leyan $6,600, Beishang $6,400, Peanut $6,200
MID: Yagao $7,200, Rookie $7,600, Scout $7,400
ADC: Loken $7,400, Jiumeng $7,200, Hope $7,800

Sample GPP Lineup
If you prefer to play cash, shoot me a DM and we can help make you a lineup.
Mix and match some players, but I would recommend putting MID/ADC in the captain slot. Usually, I want the Captain to be from an LPL team.
Have fun! Any questions? Please PM me on Twitter or Discord.
