Moose breaks down DraftKings League of Legends LPL-LCK – March 29 – 2:00 AM EST
Teams to Target
When playing a DraftKings League of Legends tournament, it is important to team stack and focus on narrowing down the teams that will provide the best chance of winning. Total score is determined by kills, assists and overall player performance in each LoL game that happens on the rift, but the goal is always to aim and stack winning teams for the easiest chance at taking down cash games and GPP tournaments. We take a closer look at what teams might be able to provide us an edge.
This slate is going to be fun. You are going to be able to find a lot of value, or you can spend up for Estar and pretend there is no value. Don’t just scroll down, read this.
eStar $6,000 TEAM
Will be low owned and these guys go the hell off.
T1 $5,800 TEAM
Old faithful strikes again in a great spot against a team that cheesed them before.
RNG $5,600 TEAM
My favorite play of the slate because LPL is nuts and there needs to be more LPL in my life.
Sandbox $5,000 TEAM
Going against APK, I love the spot here for Sandbox to continue their run.
KT $4,600 TEAM
Get them while they’re cheap; KT has won six in a row and is facing a struggling team. Just don’t use Sohwan. If you can fit KT into some nasty stacks, use them.
Players to Target
Player knowledge is just as important as team knowledge. Knowing where a player can shine in a line is what separates the people who cash GPPs regularly and those who fall off.
XLB (RNG) $6,800 JNG
The most value on the slate with a good team, if they hold against EDG should perform.
Cryin (ES) $8,600 and Kuro (KT) $6,200 MID
The low and high end is where you want to play mid today.
Canna (T1) $6,400 TOP
Playing with chip on shoulder.
Teddy (T1) $7,600 ADC and Aiming (KT) $7,000 ADC
This is the man to own on T1 stacks, and he doesn’t even play AD carries. He just plays whatever he wants and destroys.
Gorilla (SB) $4,800 SUP
Too cheap for his own good; a great support.
Sample Cash Lineup
Mix and match to get the team you want. I’ve been filling in random teams the last two slates, and they’ve worked. Pick your winners, plug them in, mess with the lineup!
GPP Tips
ES will be low owned, and the TES/OMG game could be a real banger. If SB do to APK what DWG did last night, Sandbox will score well.
