DL Montravius Adams (shoulder), OT Bryan Bulaga (shoulder), LB Oren Burks (chest) and LB Kyler Fackrell (shoulder) were limited in practice Friday, Oct. 4, and are listed as questionable.TE Jimmy Graham (rest) and LB Blake Martinez (shoulder, foot) were limited Friday but removed from the injury report. S Adrian Amos (biceps), WR Jake Kumerow (shoulder) and S Will Redmond (concussion, shoulder) logged a full practice Friday and no longer appear on the injury report.
