Carolina Panthers QB Cam Newton (foot) plans to have surgery to repair the Lisfranc injury in his foot. Recovery time is two to three months, which will allow him to be healthy by March. The Panthers have a decision to make on him around that time, and he’s considered a long shot to be with the team in 2020.
