Washington Redskins S Deshazor Everett (ankle), LB Josh Harvey-Clemons (hamstring), OG Wes Martin (chest) and RB Chris Thompson (toe) were unable to practice all week and have been ruled out for Week 7 against the San Francisco 49ers. TE Vernon Davis (concussion) was limited all week and has also been ruled out. CB Josh Norman (thigh, hand) did not practice all week but is listed as questionable. QB Case Keenum (right shoulder, foot) and RB Adrian Peterson (quad) fully participated in practice for a second straight day Friday, Oct. 18, and have been removed from the injury report. OT Donald Penn (non-injury) was not given a practice designation for a second straight day on Friday but also no longer appears on the injury report.
